Pool Process

Recent Portfolio

Our pool construction involves excavation, cement work, reinforcement, formwork, and concreting. We then apply waterproofing, finish with plaster and tiles, and complete the setup with equipment installation and chemical treatment.

Excavation and Screed Concrete Work

The pool construction process starts with excavation, where we carefully dig out the site to the required dimensions and depth. This step ensures that the area is properly prepared to accommodate the new pool. We remove soil and debris to create a clean and level foundation for the next stages of construction.

Following excavation, we lay down screed concrete to establish a stable and even base for the pool. This screed layer is crucial for defining the pool's shape and providing a solid foundation that supports the subsequent structural work. It helps ensure that the pool's base is level and ready for the next steps in the construction process.

Cement Brick Work

Once the base is prepared, we proceed with cement brick work to build the pool’s walls. This involves laying cement bricks to form the structure of the pool, providing both strength and durability. The brickwork creates the framework that will hold the pool's shape and support the water.

The cement bricks are carefully placed and secured to ensure a solid and stable structure. This step is vital for establishing the pool's dimensions and providing a robust framework that can withstand the pressures of water and soil. Proper cement brick work sets the stage for the reinforcement and finishing processes that follow.

Reinforcement Work

Reinforcement work involves adding steel bars and mesh to the pool structure to enhance its strength and durability. We carefully place and secure these reinforcements within the cement brick framework to provide additional support.

This step ensures that the pool can handle the pressure from the surrounding soil and the weight of the water. Reinforcement work is critical for preventing cracks and ensuring the long-term stability of the pool, making it a crucial part of the construction process.

Formwork

Formwork is installed to shape and support the pool during the concreting process. This involves setting up temporary structures that hold the concrete in place while it cures, ensuring that the pool's walls and floor are formed accurately.

The formwork provides the precise dimensions and smooth surfaces required for the pool's final appearance. It is essential for achieving the correct shape and structural integrity of the pool, making it a key step before pouring the concrete.

Concreting Work

In the concreting work phase, we pour concrete into the formwork to create the pool's walls and floor. This step solidifies the pool's structure, providing a strong and durable base that will support the water and surrounding soil.

The concrete is carefully mixed, poured, and finished to ensure a smooth and even surface. This process is crucial for establishing the pool's final shape and ensuring that it is structurally sound and ready for the next stages of construction.

Waterproofing Work

Waterproofing is applied to the pool to prevent leaks and protect the structure from water damage. We use high-quality materials and advanced techniques to create a watertight barrier that ensures the pool remains durable and free from leaks.

This step is essential for maintaining the integrity of the pool over time. Effective waterproofing helps to avoid costly repairs and ensures that the pool's structure remains intact, providing a reliable and long-lasting swimming experience.

Plaster and Tile Finished Work

After waterproofing, we proceed with plastering and tiling the pool to enhance its appearance and functionality. Plaster is applied to create a smooth surface, followed by the installation of tiles that add both beauty and durability.

The plaster and tile work gives the pool a finished look, improving its aesthetic appeal and making it easier to maintain. This step also ensures that the pool is visually appealing and ready for use, with a high-quality surface that withstands regular use.

Equipment Installation and Chemical Treatment Work

The final step involves installing essential pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. We ensure that all components are correctly set up and functioning to maintain clean and balanced water.

Additionally, we apply chemical treatments to the pool water to ensure it is properly balanced and safe for swimming. This final stage prepares the pool for use, providing a complete and ready-to-enjoy swimming experience.
